GRSS

Grand Rapids Scottish Society

The Grand Rapids Scottish Society (GRSS) was founded in 1991 by a group of people that have a love of Scotland and all things Scottish, its history, customs and traditions. Our mission statement succinctly captures the purpose of our Society.

Our mission is to foster and encourage a love of Scotland, its heritage, history, and culture through programs at scheduled meetings, published newsletters, and outreach events.

The GRSS typically gathers once a month from September to May with the purpose of building friendships and learning about Scotland. We also attend various summer Celtic festivals throughout West Michigan.
